Louis E. Capuano, Jr., CEO
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Capuano was drilling manager for Thermogenics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hughes Aircraft Corporation. Prior to Thermogenics, Inc., Mr. Capuano opened the regional office of Signal Oil and Gas Company in 1974. From 1980 to 2007, Mr. Capuano was CEO of ThermaSource, Inc. a geothermal engineering and drilling consultancy. In 2007, Mr. Capuano became President and CEO of ThermaSource, LLC, a holding company for ThermaSource, Inc., ThermaSource Cementing, Inc., EGS, Inc., ChemTech Services, LLC, and Tecton Geologic, LLC. Mr. Capuano earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Mr. Capuano has over 32 years of geothermal experience.
Richard Chow, President
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Chow was the President of a private-equity backed biofuels venture, where he oversaw all aspects of the business and the successful sale of the company. He founded Presidio Energy in 1999, an advisory firm focused on alternative energy. Presidio has advised many major utilities and private equity firms on investments and financing in the energy sector. Prior to Presidio, he worked for nearly ten years with a series of joint venture companies under Bechtel Enterprises (part of the Bechtel Group) that developed, financed, and owned power generating assets. The companies included EnergyWorks Asia, where he was the President. EnergyWorks focused on the development of renewable energy projects and onsite generation for industrial and commercial customers. At US Generating Company, a Bechtel JV with PG&E, he worked on a range of power projects, including coal, hydro, biomass, natural gas, and all major forms of renewable energy.
Jerry Hamblin, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Hamblin spent 30 years of his career at Unocal where he oversaw engineering and the drilling operations in parts of the US, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Mr. Hamblin also managed projects for Philippine Geothermal, Inc., Ormat, Sierra Geothermal Power, CalEnergy, Calpine, NCPA and was the Drilling Manager for The Geysers and Salton Sea Fields. In addition to his experience in the field, Mr. Hamblin holds two patents that have helped advance the geothermal drilling industry. He was also a member of teams that planned the expansion of the Awibangkok field and the exploration of the Sarulla project in Indonesia. Mr. Hamblin attended Stanford University.
Christopher T. Schofield, Vice President, Finance
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Schofield served as Vice President of Business Development for US Biodiesel Group (USBG), where he was responsible for elements of deal flow from site evaluation through deal closing. Prior to joining USBG, Mr. Schofield was a founder of Presidio Energy where his clients included both international energy companies and small start up ventures. Prior to starting an advisory business, Mr. Schofield worked in the Finance group for U.S. Generating Company (later PG&E National Energy Group), where his experiences included project development, project financing, and supervising financial modelers. Mr. Schofield holds a BS in Engineering from California Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and over 15 years experience in international finance and business development.

Paul Brophy, Chief Geologist, EGS, Inc.
Mr. Brophy adds unmatched value to the ThermaSource team with nearly 40 years of geologic engineering experience and resource assessment services. Mr. Brophy received his B.S. in Geology at the University of London, England, his M.S. in Geophysics from the University of Leeds, England and another M.S. in Mining and Exploration Geology from the University of Northern Queensland, Australia.
Mike Roach, Operations Manager, Latin America
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Roach was Country Manager - Argentina (NIASRL) for Nabors Drilling International Ltd. since 2006. Prior to being Country Manager, Mr. Roach worked for Nabors Drilling as a Project manager, Worldwide Equipment Coordinator, and Operations Engineer since 2002. In his roles with Nabors Drilling, Mr. Roach worked in 25 countries, and visited 49 for business purposes. Mr. Roach earned a B.A. in International Business and Spanish, with an Eastern Business Practice Focus, from Western Washington University. Mr. Roach is fluent in Spanish and currently managing our Nicaraguan drilling operations.
Louis E. Capuano, III, Drilling Engineer
Louis Capuano, III has been a drilling engineer with ThermaSource since 2006. He assists on all engineering projects and with field supervision. Mr. Capuano has been exposed to the geothermal drilling industry his entire life, which has given him a unique perspective as a drilling engineer for ThermaSource. It is this exposure and experience in the geothermal industry that has made Mr. Capuano an integral part of the ThermaSource engineering team. Mr. Capuano received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Patrick Hanson, Marketing Manager
Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Hanson worked as an Account Executive at National Products, Inc. (NPI) Prior to NPI, Mr. Hanson was the Marketing Coordinator for Wings Aloft, a Charter Airline and Flight School in Seattle, Washington. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Hanson worked with Touchpoint Metrics and MCorp., two marketing consultancies in San Rafael, CA while earning his MBA. Mr. Hanson earned his B.A in International Management with a concentration in Marketing and his M.B.A, in Global Strategic Management at Dominican University of California.
Buddy Burke, Drilling Superintendent
Prior to joining ThermaSource, Mr. Burke was supervisor of drilling equipment and machinery for T&T Truck and Crane Service. Prior to T&T Truck and Crane Service, Mr. Burke was with Nabors Drilling USA, Inc. as a supervisor of rig operations. Mr. Burke has over thirty years of experience in the drilling industry.
